|For over 15 years OCEANIC FOODS S.A.C. leads the field with experience and expertise of the refrigeration, freezing and ultra freezing of hydro-biological products, focusing in the continuous improvement of production processes for their commercialization around the globe.
Established in the early 90s, was created with Peruvian capital, committed to its employees and clients. The procedures followed by our company allows us to guarantee high quality products able to access rigorous and demanding markets such as Europe, Asia and North America.
Products commercialized by are produced under rigorous quality control procedures, subject to a number of different hygienic and microbiolgical tests in order to avoid any possible contamination.
Our productive processes are controlled under a quality assurance system based in the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plan, which has scientific foundations and a systematic nature which allows us to identify specific dangers and measures for its control with the aim of guarantying the harmlessness of food.
In this sense, we count with chemical and microbiological labs fully equipped in each of our processing plants. This HACCP system has as support the Hygiene and Sanitary Program and The Good Manufacturing Practices.
The Hygiene and Sanitary has as an objective establishing the operational procedures to achieve and maintain the highest level of order, cleanliness and disinfection in all areas of our establishments, equipment, materials and personnel in order to prevent and/or avoid dangers raised by sanitary deficiencies which can attempt against the quality of the product and the health of the consumer.
